The goals of the hospital's IPD unit:
* Supervising the provision of satisfactory quality services to foreign patients
* Supervising the provision of services to foreign patients as soon as possible with full observance of medical ethics standards, use of new technology, responsibility and observance of professional principles and rules in medical centers
* Increasing the satisfaction of international patients by improving the quality level of services and reducing the waiting time for receiving medical and paraclinical services.
Duties of the hospital's IPD unit:
* Responding to patients by phone or email
* Coordination with the attending physician and hospital units, including clinic, paraclinic, operating room, inpatient department, hospital admission and discharge
* Estimating the approximate cost of treatment and announcing it to the patient before the trip.
